Our crew arrives ahead of your functions, walks every venue, and plans coverage with your planner so the celebration, not the logistics, stays centre stage. Many of our couples plan Indian weddings from the US, UK, Canada and the Gulf. Consultations happen over video call in your time zone; galleries, films and albums are delivered worldwide. One conversation on WhatsApp is enough to begin.

Our team travels across India for destination celebrations — palace weddings in Udaipur and Jaipur, beach ceremonies in Goa, riverside weddings in Rishikesh, hill weddings in Nainital and Mussoorie, backwater celebrations in Kerala. Being based in Lucknow, we're also a natural choice for weddings across Uttar Pradesh — Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Ayodhya and beyond.
Logistics
Travel, handled simply
Outstation commissions include the full team, all equipment and backups. Travel and stay are quoted transparently upfront — no surprises added later . We arrive a day early for multi-day weddings to scout the venue, plan aerial coverage where permitted, and walk your event schedule with the planners.

Planning from abroad
A large share of our destination couples plan their Indian weddings from the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Consultations happen over video call in your time zone, contracts and payments are handled digitally, galleries are delivered online worldwide, and albums ship internationally. Earlier than a local wedding — nine to twelve months for peak-season palace and beach venues, so travel and team allocation can be planned properly.
Travel and accommodation are itemised clearly in your proposal upfront , so the commission you approve is the amount you pay.
We travel pan-India — Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa, Nainital, Mussoorie, Varanasi and beyond — and are happy to discuss international celebrations.
Simply and transparently: travel is included in your proposal and outstation stay is arranged with your other vendor accommodation, so there are no surprises.
