Haldi, Mehendi & Sangeet Photography in Lucknow

Every ritual is a chapter. We photograph each one with its own colour, energy and care.

The Approach

The rituals that make the wedding

The haldi's turmeric-gold chaos, the quiet concentration of mehendi, the sangeet's choreography and the reception's glamour — each function has its own visual language. We plan coverage ritual by ritual, so the album reads like a complete story rather than a single long day.

The Detail

Intimate functions, complete attention

Booking a single function? A haldi at home, a mehendi in the garden, a reception at a banquet — we cover intimate ceremonies with the same editorial standard as full weddings, with team size scaled to the gathering.

Haldi

Colour, chaos and laughter

Haldi is the most photogenic function of an Indian wedding — turmeric, marigolds, water and family with their guard completely down. We photograph it loose and close, protecting our gear and never the moment. Morning haldis in open courtyards give the best light; we'll advise on timing when your functions are being planned.

Mehendi

The quiet before the celebration

Mehendi rewards patience: the artist's hands, the deepening pattern, the bride surrounded by her closest people for hours. We shoot details and portraits in equal measure — this is where the album's most intimate frames often come from.

Sangeet

Lit like a concert, shot like a film

Sangeet is a stage show — choreographed performances, family surprises, speeches and dance floors. We light and cover it accordingly, with multiple angles on every performance and clean audio for the film, so no rehearsed moment is missed. Our cinematography team treats sangeet as a centrepiece of the wedding film.

Engagement & Roka

Where the story begins

Intimate functions at home deserve the same standard as the grandest reception. Ring close-ups, family blessings, the first official portraits of the two of you — covered discreetly, delivered quickly.
